Buyers/Sellers Process
Attain Wealth Inc is on your side.
Retain us as your Agent as we work vigorously to protect and defend you.
Please call 516-933-1800 for a confidential review. Attain Wealth Inc
delivers the FINEST in "Agency" representation for REO and
Performing & Non-Performing Notes.*
The usual process is to
speak with us first. After a consultation, both Attain Wealth Inc and YOU
will decide if we should work together.
Once you retain us to
represent you, we'll implement a strategy and process detailed to your financial
goals.
Together with us, Buyers complete the
Buyer
Form
or Letter of Interest (LOI),
and have it signed and notarized by the buyer (faxed to 516-933-7777
or email it to
info@bulkreonationwide.biz). The LOI can be product specific (to
compile a package tailored to your request) or package specific (for a package
that is already compiled, in escrow & ready to be purchased).
Together with the Buyer's
Form we'll help prepare (on
the Buyer's Company Letterhead), the specific
list of States, Counties and/or Zip Codes desired. This typically includes a complete,
detailed preference sheet, with lists of primary and secondary choices and if
applicable, an exclusion list. The more specific and wider the
geographical area requested, the larger the pool of inventory is available to be
drawn from.
Once
these documents have been received, and a package is put into escrow, and the
Seller/Buyer agrees to terms, an Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) will be sent to
the BUYER to be signed by the Buyer and notarized.
Upon receipt of the signed
IMFPA, the Seller will provide a tape
(spreadsheet)
to the Buyer, which they will then
have an appropriate review period. If the Buyer elects to move forward with the purchase,
Proof of Funds (POF) will be verified by the seller either via escrow or Bank to
Bank electronic verification. Both sides will work
Attorney to Attorney to close the transaction.
CONSULTANTS NOTICE: While Intermediaries and
Referring Agents (Agents) often play an integral part to introducing Buyer/Seller
sides, if there are any Agents, Sub-Fee Agreements will
be prepared ONLY for live transactions and will not be allowed to interfere with
the transaction. Agents typically NEVER receive Buyer/Seller information. LOIs, POFs and other "Confidential Documents" are NEVER shared with
Intermediaries. Status reports, transaction values and other relevant
information is of course delivered in a timely manner. |
